The 2024-25 campaign proved to be a breakout season for Raphinha under new coach Hansi Flick. Positioned more centrally at times, he significantly upped his attacking output — scoring 18 goals and providing 9 assists in 36 La Liga appearances. Across all competitions, his goal contributions (goals + assists) totalled over 40, showing much more consistency and efficiency than in previous seasons. He also played a decisive role in big matches — for example, grabbing a hat-trick in the emphatic 7-0 win over Valladolid.
